Nerd Builds: HG Gundam X Maoh

Hi nerds! This is the first day of Spring Semester post of Nerd Builds. Today's build is another Gundam from Gundam Build Fighters series, but this time it's rival builder Yasaka Maoh's Gundam X Maoh. This is a high grade, 1:144 scale model and it was much more fun and cool looking than I expected. As a matter of fact, it is one of the funnest and coolest looking hg models I have built yet. He is a stunner! Hope you enjoy!

This may be the best picture of a build on this blog. Is it because of the picture or just because the model looks good?

So many stickers…there are so many stickers. the purple knees are stickers, the gray on the hips are stickers, the purple in the yellow grills are stickers, shin stickers, side leg armor panels are stickers, the shoulders are stickers…lots of stickers. That was the most tedious part of the build. But the positives are so much more than the stickers. The colors really pop, the body is svelte looking, the gigantic satellite cannon is just awesome, and the cannon and turret on the shoulder and leg armor are icing on the cake. I would highly recommend building this model just for how great it looks. And yes the stickers are a chore but isn't it worth it? Look at it!
