Nerd Builds: HG Kampfer Amazing!

Today's Build post features Meijin Kawaguchi's (Yuki Tatsuya) Kampfer Amazing! (dunno why I always type the exclamation point after "amazing") from the Gundam Build Fighters series. If you remember, this is actually the second in the "Amazing" line, first one being the Zaku Amazing! Well without further much ado let's get into the build.

It looks pretty good as it is.

...lots of stickers in general. That's like 16 stickers on the weapon binders.

He looks a bit unwieldy when just standing there.

Cool feature of this build is that the gun can continually be added on to be a sub machine gun and eventually a rifle.

This was a fun build just in the fact that it broke away from the monotony of always building Gundams. I also appreciated Bandai's willingness to give more different colored pieces (see the yellow accents, those are not seals). Speaking of which, seals, there were so many seals! If you can get past them then the Kampfer build is amazing. It is marginally bigger than the other Build Fighter HGs between the bloated looking armor pieces and the weapons binder pack. The build a weapon gimmick is interesting except I noticed that the handgun and sub machine-gun pieces aren't terribly secure so if you're playing around with them, they may not stay together. The weapons in general also don't feel as snug and secure in the hands Bandai supplies for this kit either. But other than that, this is a great kit.
